I DID IT! I have officially made it through my first year of teaching. It's time to PARTAYYYY! I would say that I can look forward to a work free summer, but I've already got to be back at school Monday morning for a sports camp. Nonetheless, this year was everything I thought, and sooooooo much more.......so much more work! Although stressful, tiring, and at numerous times wondering what in the world was I thinking, the year was memorable and quite a lot of fun. So much fun that I am heading back in a couple of months to do this all over again. But until then, I am going to enjoy late mornings sleeping in and getting paid to do absolutely nothing!

Yeah!!!! Congratulations. I promise next year will be a little better. Wish I could be there to party with you.
The sleeping in thing sounds so nice! I count my blessings when I can sleep past 7:30 these days! Who knows when I'll get to "sleep in" again! Congrats on the first year! I'm sure you did a fabulous job!
